About the role#
As a Recruiting Coordinator intern, you will support the recruiting team by managing interview logistics and candidate experiences. This role focuses on organization and clear communication to ensure hiring processes run smoothly across multiple business units. You will be based on-site in Palo Alto, California.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate virtual, phone, and onsite candidate interviews.
- Manage complex scheduling requirements and facilitate candidate travel arrangements.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other coordinators to maintain high standards of service.
- Update candidate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity.
- Enter NDA documentation and interview-related information.
- Participate in projects and process improvements for the recruiting team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site.
- Strong organizational, time management, and creative skills.
- Experience providing high-quality candidate or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking or CRM software.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
