About the role#
This internship offers students the chance to work with various HR teams. You will support initiatives that improve the employee experience and help standardize internal programs. The role requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week on-site. We are looking for students available for at least 12 weeks during the Winter and Spring 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding training efforts.
- Manage enrollment, attendance, travel, and materials for onboarding programs.
- Create content for Learning and Development platforms.
- Analyze data to help improve employee engagement.
- Optimize and standardize HR processes.
- Administer solutions for benefits delivery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for at least 12 weeks.
- A resourceful, analytical, and curious approach to problem-solving.
- Previous internship experience or project management experience is a plus.
Location & details#
This position is based on-site in Fremont, CA, Palo Alto, CA, or Austin, TX. The role is paid and requires full-time availability.
