About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers hands-on experience through full-time work during the summer. You will be assigned a mentor and a buddy to support your development. The program connects interns across the U.S. to build skills through technical training and career coaching.
What you'll do#

- Gain exposure to senior level management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong initiative, leadership ability, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Prior internship, work experience, or extracurricular activities are preferred.
