    About the role#

    BMW Group is hiring an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

    What you'll do#

    You will work directly with the assembly team to support production. Your daily tasks include conducting quality checks and documenting various production processes. You will collaborate with engineers on designs and take part in continuous improvement initiatives to help refine our manufacturing operations.

    What you'll need#

    We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Biomedical, or Aerospace Engineering, as well as Business Administration. You should have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and experience with CAD software. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

    This role is located on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
