About the role#
BMW Group is hiring an intern for the Overseas Packaging Plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position for the Winter 2027 term. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
What you'll do#
You will work directly in the packaging plant to support daily operations. Your time will be split between quality assurance initiatives and process engineering projects. You will also analyze data to find ways to improve our current operations and work alongside various teams to complete tasks.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. You should have a basic understanding of packaging processes, quality control, and process engineering principles. Experience in operations management is helpful. You must be able to work well in a team environment.
