    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time co-op position based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina, for the Summer 2027 term. You will work directly with the quality engineering team to maintain production standards.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with quality inspections on the production floor.
    • Support engineering teams with compliance checks.
    • Analyze inspection data to identify trends.
    • Collaborate with team members on process improvements.
    • Document quality control processes and procedures.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Physics.
    • Knowledge of quality engineering principles and manufacturing process flow.
    • Familiarity with dimensional inspection techniques.
    • Experience with statistical process control methods.
    • Proficiency in CAD software.
