About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position for the Summer 2027 term. The role is based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Please note that sponsorship is not provided for this position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with quality inspections on the production floor.
- Support engineering teams in conducting compliance checks.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and issues.
- Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives.
- Document quality control processes and findings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, as well as Business Administration, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Knowledge of quality engineering principles.
- Familiarity with dimensional inspection techniques.
- Experience with statistical process control methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Understanding of manufacturing process flow.
