About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Dimensional Quality Engineering Co-Op position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role runs during the Summer 2027 term and requires on-site attendance. Sponsorship is not provided for this position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with quality inspections on the production floor.
- Support engineering teams with compliance checks.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
- Document quality control processes and findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Knowledge of quality engineering principles.
- Familiarity with dimensional inspection techniques.
- Experience with statistical process control methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Understanding of manufacturing process flow.
