About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Summer 2027 term. The role is based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and focuses on optimizing manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support engineering teams with the execution of various projects.
- Collect and analyze data to track process metrics.
- Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
