About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Manufacturing Process Improvement Co-Op position for the Summer 2027 term. This role is based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Assist in identifying process improvements.
- Support engineering teams in project execution.
- Collect and analyze data for process metrics.
- Document findings and present recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
