About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship at the BMW Group facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The position focuses on the logistics surrounding high voltage battery systems for the Winter 2027 term. This role is strictly on-site.
What you'll do#
- Assist in managing logistics processes.
- Support the transportation of high voltage batteries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with high voltage battery systems.
