About the role#
The Global Supply Chain Intern supports logistics, demand planning, and inventory management. You will bridge academic knowledge with practical experience in manufacturing operations. This role involves data analysis, supplier management, and process improvement to ensure on-time delivery. You will work on technical tasks within established practices and procedures with available supervision.
What you'll do#
- Validate, clean, and manipulate supply chain data.
- Create logistics dashboards, track KPIs, and develop reports.
- Assist with supplier performance tracking and maintain supplier databases.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams on inventory strategy.
- Research emerging technologies to improve workflows and reduce costs.
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Conduct cost analysis and manage supplier communications.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with 1-3 years at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical fields.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- United States Citizen or Permanent Resident status due to ITAR requirements.
