About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina. You will work with the body shop planning team to support ongoing engineering projects and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning and optimization of body shop operations.
- Support the engineering team during project development phases.
- Collect and analyze data to track performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help document technical processes and operational standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Civil Engineering program.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and general engineering concepts.
- Ability to assist with data analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
