About the role#
The Mass Market Strategy Intern position supports our Customer Programs team in Minneapolis. This paid internship offers practical experience in market analysis, research, and customer product strategy. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and have the chance to present your work to senior leadership. This role covers the 2026-2027 school year with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Assist with customer product journey mapping to improve product design and features.
- Conduct market research to support our strategic planning goals.
- Work with product development teams to connect strategy with design.
- Coordinate and lead team strategy sessions using PowerPoint for visual delivery.
- Manage a specific project tailored to your skills and interests.
- Provide general support for business operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university as a Junior or higher as of Fall 2026.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work part-time throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
- Ability to commute to downtown Minneapolis for periodic in-person meetings.
- A 3.5 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework is preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating groups to meet objectives is preferred.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.

- Employment Type: Part-time.
- Compensation: $18.20 to $24.50 per hour.
