About the role#
The Disney Programs Experience Intern works within the Programs Office to support participants in the Disney College, Culinary, and International programs. This is a full-time, six-month commitment based in Winter Garden, Florida, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Act as the primary point of contact for program participants.
- Manage high call volumes and conduct in-person communication.
- Handle data entry and administrative tasks.
- Answer participant questions and address concerns regarding all aspects of the program.
- Serve as a Program Advisor to participants.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of program and learning activities.
- Act as a liaison with key program partners.
- Operate a company vehicle as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for Junior or Senior status.
- Successful completion of a prior Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, or Disney Internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 45 pounds, walk up and down multiple flights of stairs, and stand for long periods.
- Demonstrated guest service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts independently.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
Location & details#
- Location: Winter Garden, Florida.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with occasional weekend or off-hours shifts.
- Requirements: Interns must provide their own housing and reliable transportation in the Orlando area.
