About the role#
As a Business & Operations Summer Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting teams that power the business and long-term success of the firm. You will work alongside professionals across the organization to strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills while developing a deeper understanding of how a global investment management firm operates. This program provides exposure to business areas represented in the full-time Business & Operations Track, and high-performing associates may be considered for conversion into this two-year rotational program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
You will be placed on a specific team for the duration of the summer. Potential areas of focus include:
- Investment Operations: Supporting trade processing, data management, reporting, and operational controls.
- Investment Enablement: Partnering with investment teams through project management, business analysis, and process improvement.
- Global Business Services: Contributing to functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, and Enterprise Services.
Across these teams, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze business challenges, develop recommendations, and identify opportunities to improve processes. You will also participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and a commitment to continuous growth.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and approach complex challenges thoughtfully.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
