About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to learn the basics of the financial services industry. You will participate in a formal training program and receive ongoing coaching throughout the summer. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 2 to August 6, 2027. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
What you'll do#
- Complete a training program focused on direct-to-consumer finance.
- Develop an understanding of Personal Financial Solutions and Client Operations, including back-office and client-facing functions.
- Engage with business partners and leaders to build your professional network.
- Facilitate positive interactions with clients by providing transactional and service excellence.
- Apply problem-solving and research skills to projects.
- Attend team and department meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive work environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student, preferably as a Junior or Senior.
- Full-time enrollment in any related field.
- Interest in gaining experience within the finance industry.
- A desire to learn about client relationships and support.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

- This position is based on-site in Kansas City, Missouri.
- This is a paid internship.
- Interns are eligible for 401k contributions.
