About the role#
We are looking for Software Developer Interns to join our team for a 10-week summer program. You will work on software projects that support our investment management, client service, and corporate functions. This role provides hands-on experience with cloud-based and on-premises technologies while working alongside experienced developers. You will also explore how AI can improve the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain software applications using Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Design, implement, and optimize database queries using SQL or APIs.
- Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to our development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java.
- Familiarity with SQL and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Kansas City, Missouri.
- The program runs from June 2, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
