About the role#
As a Client & Product Summer Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting teams that connect Capital Group's investment capabilities with clients. This 10-week program provides exposure to various business functions, including sales, product strategy, marketing, and analytics. You will work alongside professionals across the firm to strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills while developing a deeper understanding of the investment management industry.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and key business priorities.
- Conduct market, product, and client research to support decision-making.
- Analyze business trends and develop recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support activities that enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
- Participate in professional development sessions and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams in areas such as relationship management, marketing, and sales enablement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous growth.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build working relationships.
