About the role#
As a Business & Operations Summer Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the teams that drive our firm's success. You will participate in meaningful work, receive coaching and mentorship, and collaborate with professionals across the organization. This program provides insight into how a global investment management firm operates. High-performing associates may be considered for conversion into our full-time two-year rotational program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
You will be placed on a specific team for the duration of the summer. Your work may include:
- Supporting trade processing, data management, reporting, and operational controls.
- Partnering with investment teams on project management, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Enterprise Services, and Communications.
- Analyzing data and business challenges to develop recommendations and identify process improvements.
- Collaborating across functions to support strategic initiatives and enterprise outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous growth.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and approach complex challenges thoughtfully.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with data and using quantitative information to support decision-making.
- Attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships.
- A focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and colleagues.
