About the role#
This internship sits at the intersection of AI, data, and investment performance. The Vendor Management team ensures that investment professionals receive alpha-generating data quickly and accurately. We are seeking a graduate-level intern to design and implement AI-enabled automation to streamline data sourcing, procurement, and vendor management. This is a business-process-focused role that aims to improve how work gets done across critical operations.
What you'll do#
- Map and redesign end-to-end workflows across sourcing, procurement, and data management functions.
- Reduce manual effort, cycle time, and complexity across critical operations.
- Automate invoice processing, validation, and anomaly detection.
- Analyze vendor usage and cost data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Build LLM-powered workflows to read contracts, emails, and vendor documents to extract key terms.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate program such as an MBA, MS, MFE, Analytics, Information Systems, or Data Science.
- Strong process and systems thinking skills.
- Demonstrated interest in applied AI, specifically automation, LLMs, or intelligent workflows.
- Comfort working with data conceptually, including usage, costs, and quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work across business and technical teams.
- Capacity to collaborate in a high-performance environment.
