About the role#
As a Data & Technology Summer Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting teams that use data, analytics, and technology to drive business outcomes. You will work alongside professionals across the firm to strengthen your technical and problem-solving skills. This program provides exposure to functions found within our full-time Data & Technology Rotational Program. High-performing associates may be considered for conversion into the full-time program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Analyze complex datasets and help translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build reports and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Support digital product or data initiatives.
- Evaluate business requirements to develop data-driven solutions.
- Participate in professional development and networking opportunities throughout the summer.
- Collaborate with team members across various business functions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship.
- Degree in a quantitative, analytical, technology, engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, or a related field.
- Foundational programming experience with languages such as Python, SQL, R, or Spark.
- Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of tasks.
