About the role#
This internship provides administrative and logistical support for Disney Live Entertainment casting. You will assist with the planning and execution of auditions, marketing efforts, and external engagements. The role focuses on talent acquisition strategies and improving the candidate experience for performers across Disney parks and resorts.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of auditions for character performers, dancers, singers, and actors.
- Evaluate online submissions and advise Casting Directors on callbacks.
- Work with Casting Marketing to promote audition opportunities on social media.
- Produce virtual workshops and learning sessions for the Disney Auditions audience.
- Research new markets and apply sourcing methods to build talent pipelines.
- Suggest improvements to the audition process and talent acquisition strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or graduate student in a related field like Marketing, Communications, or Musical Theater.
- Experience in entertainment, specifically in vocal, dance, or musical theater.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while handling confidential information.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in learning new software applications.
- Must be at least 18 years old with unrestricted work authorization.
- Valid US driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Compliance with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
- Familiarity with systems like Smartsheet or Airtable, knowledge of performer contracts, and previous Disney experience are preferred.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to June 2027).
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
