About the role#
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Midtown Manhattan team as a Human Resources Intern. This is a paid, part-time position for students or graduates interested in Human Resources or Business Administration. You will gain hands-on experience supporting our employees and field teams while contributing to projects across the business.
What you'll do#
- Provide HR administrative support, including updating organizational charts, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining internal documentation.
- Manage the mail process by collecting, distributing, scanning, and organizing incoming mail.
- Support office operations by ordering and stocking snacks, beverages, and supplies to keep the space organized.
- Answer day-to-day employee inquiries and direct staff to the correct resources.
- Coordinate employee care packages, research training resources, and create internal communication materials.
- Assist with company meetings, including presentation preparation and tech support for hybrid or remote setups.
- Collaborate on projects that improve the employee experience, such as updating processes or creating internal guides.
What you'll need#
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- You are comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and working with people.
- You are proactive and eager to learn about all facets of HR.
- You are an expert in Google Suite meeting tools.
- You are confident in using meeting technology, such as dual cameras, or have a strong desire to self-train.

- Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $18 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
- Schedule: Part-time, up to 32 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
