About the role#
The Disney College & International Recruitment team manages the talent pipeline for the company. As an intern, you will support the daily operations of recruitment, onboarding, and participant engagement. This is a full-time, six-month commitment designed to provide hands-on experience in human resources and program administration.
What you'll do#
- Support arrivals day events and interact directly with incoming participants.
- Contact participants via phone and email to provide onboarding support.
- Manage candidate inquiries through the support site.
- Ensure candidate records are accurate and documents are validated.
- Process high volumes of data entry and maintain system reports in Excel and other platforms.
- Assist recruiters and program representatives with pre-arrival engagement sessions.
- Support Disney Alumni Association events and engagement initiatives.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to exchange information.
- Manage daily tasks and special projects with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Successful completion of a prior Disney Program.
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university as a junior or senior.
- Ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to challenges.
- Comfort with group facilitation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
Location & details#
- Location: Winter Garden, Florida.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
