About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience within our supply chain operations. You will work across various functions, including production planning, operations, materials resourcing, and inventory control. The role provides a view of how these areas connect to support the organization. You will participate in project work designed to build your business skills while gaining experience with systems like SAP and Excel.
What you'll do#
- Maintain, update, and present the planning scorecard.
- Organize planning data to support clear business presentations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Support changeover and workflow mapping initiatives.
- Document current processes and help identify efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand supply chain workflows and dependencies.
- Support the standardization of material requirements planning (MRP) processes.
- Assist with maintaining material planning parameters, including safety stock levels and lead times.
- Improve the accuracy and consistency of materials planning information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with plans to remain enrolled after the co-op ends.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to SAP.
- Coursework or a concentration in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Kinaxis, SAP, or similar supply chain planning systems is helpful.
- Interest in manufacturing execution systems (MES) like Wonderware.
- A genuine interest in supply chain operations, process improvement, and materials planning.

- Location: Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 (January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027).
- This position is a paid, full-time co-op.
