About the role#
This co-op position supports our supply chain team with material planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination. You will gain hands-on experience in contract-manufacturing planning while working with cross-functional partners to ensure materials are available for production and customer demand. This role provides exposure to the systems, processes, and data that drive our operational performance.
What you'll do#
- Support ingredient and component ordering to ensure material availability for co-manufacturing operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to identify risks or potential shortages.
- Maintain accurate material planning data and inventory records.
- Validate data between third-party planning platforms and internal systems.
- Analyze reporting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to support planning activities.
- Participate in planning discussions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- You must remain enrolled in school after the co-op ends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in supply chain planning, procurement, or operations.
- A willingness to learn new tools and supply chain concepts.
- Experience with planning or ERP systems is helpful but not required.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid 6-month co-op program running from January 4, 2027, to June 25, 2027.
- The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week at our Boston Seaport corporate office.
