About the role#
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and organized Co-op to join our Procurement team. This position offers hands-on experience supporting strategic procurement, business analytics, technology implementation, and enterprise transformation initiatives. You will contribute to high-priority workstreams including contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, automation, and dashboard development. This is a six-month, full-time, paid co-op program.
What you'll do#
- Assist with contract inventory collection, data validation, and metadata migration.
- Analyze spend data to support categorization and sourcing optimization.
- Partner with Accounts Payable to review supplier payment terms and identify standardization opportunities.
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards and visualizations for Procurement leadership.
- Participate in workflow testing, user acceptance testing, and technology implementation.
- Track project activities, deliverables, risks, and deadlines.
- Develop reporting and adoption metrics to measure process effectiveness.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for executive-ready presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, external solution providers, and consultants.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university co-op program and remain enrolled upon completion.
- Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, finance, or technology-enabled process improvement.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret business data with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic understanding of data-visualization concepts and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted tools is a plus.

- Modality: Fully on-site at our Milton Brewery.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 (January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027).
