About the role#
We are looking for a detail-oriented Co-op to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will support recruitment and program management for our Early Career Talent initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in campus recruiting, candidate engagement, and program operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Intern, Co-op, and Campus Ambassador candidates.
- Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Maintain candidate data and track progress using our applicant tracking system.
- Help plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities for interns and co-ops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support early talent participants.
- Monitor program metrics and feedback to help with continuous improvement.
- Assist with communications, newsletters, and event logistics.
- Work on reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment and program operations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
- An interest in talent development and creating candidate experiences.
