About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program for Summer 2027. You will work directly with the Store Human Resources team to gain operational experience. The team embeds with AI tools to deliver business impact. You will also participate in a mentorship program, professional development workshops, and networking events.
What you'll do#
- Refresh in-store recruitment flyers and conduct phone screens.
- Clean up requisitions and organize personnel files.
- Gather input from new managers to create a welcome package.
- Shadow and train on internal investigations.
- Engage in joint Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives.
- Shadow roles across the organization to explore career paths.
- Participate in community and stewardship efforts.
- Attend workshops to build skills in communication, presenting, and professional networking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
