About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program based at our Home Office. You will join the Human Resource Information Systems department to gain hands-on experience with HR technology, data analysis, and system configuration. You will work alongside industry professionals and participate in a structured program that includes mentorship, networking, and professional development workshops.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical assistance and end-user support for Workday HRIS modules.
- Troubleshoot system issues and maintain data integrity.
- Manage the configuration lifecycle by designing, building, testing, and migrating Workday solutions.
- Create custom reports and translate HR datasets into actionable workforce metrics.
- Analyze current HR processes and Workday workflows to suggest and implement improvements.
- Document system processes clearly.
- Collaborate with your team to develop and use intelligent systems.
- Shadow roles across the company and participate in community stewardship efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
