About the role#
This 12-week paid internship provides hands-on experience within the Learning and Development department. You will work alongside professionals to support training initiatives, performance management, and succession planning. The program includes mentorship, networking, and opportunities to shadow various roles across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Create, edit, and update training materials, presentations, and digital learning modules.
- Support trainers by preparing session materials and coordinating event logistics.
- Collect and organize attendee feedback.
- Assist with data, templates, and notes for performance calibration meetings.
- Update succession tracking sheets and pipeline data for business meetings.
- Use and develop intelligent systems to support business objectives.
- Attend professional workshops and participate in community stewardship efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
