About the role#
This is a 12-week paid, full-time internship based at our Home Office. You will embed directly with the Category Support team to gain hands-on experience with data systems and cross-functional operations. The team treats AI as a core collaborator, and you will use intelligent systems to deliver real-world business impact. This program includes mentorship, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities across departments like Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Learn and apply concepts of data structuring, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools.
- Document and execute workflows for vendor and item data acquisition, quality assurance, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate data maintenance activities by collaborating with Category, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Shadow professionals across the organization to explore potential career paths.
- Participate in community and stewardship efforts.
- Attend workshops to develop professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Science, Arts, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
