We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Packaging Engineering team, supporting packaging material specification management, artwork approval processes, and packaging-related project initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in packaging development, technical documentation, project justification, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods environment.   This position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027. The role is fully onsite at our Breinigsville Brewery location, with team members expected to work five days per week from our Breinigsville Brewery.   Key Responsibilities Packaging Specifications & Documentation

• Support the creation, review, and maintenance of packaging material specifications.
• Update specification documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in managing packaging-related documentation and changing control processes.

Project Support

• Contribute to small packaging projects by gathering data, conducting analyses, and supporting project justification activities.
• Assist with evaluating packaging improvements, cost savings opportunities, and material changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and implementation.

Artwork & Packaging Development

• Participate in packaging artwork review and approval processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure artwork meets technical and regulatory requirements.
• Support packaging development activities from concept through implementation.

  Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, including Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Must continue to be enrolled in school after the completion of their co-op.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Interest in packaging, manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods industries.
