About the role#
This is a full-time manufacturing co-op position based in Bellevue, Iowa. You will work directly with production floor employees to support manufacturing operations. This role requires U.S. citizenship. You will work on-site Monday through Friday from January to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Solve daily manufacturing issues and work on long-term projects to prevent recurring problems.
- Analyze test failures to find root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with the onsite component evaluation lab.
- Assist in developing and preparing test and diagnostic programs.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Test Technicians to conduct studies on product and test system issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or advanced degree program in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Enrollment must be active through the completion of the co-op session.
- Practical experience gained through coursework, research, or previous projects.
