About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position based in Bellevue, Iowa. You will work on-site from June through December 2027. This role requires U.S. citizenship. You will work alongside manufacturing production employees, test technicians, and other engineers to support our aviation and aerospace component manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Partner with production floor staff to resolve daily manufacturing issues.
- Identify and lead long-term projects to prevent recurring problems.
- Analyze test failures to find root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Work with our component evaluation lab to assess product quality.
- Help develop and prepare diagnostic programs for test failures.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to study and fix product or test system issues.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program for Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Active student status through the end of the co-op session.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for the duration of the Summer and Fall 2027 terms.
