About the role#
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Co-op to join our Packaging Operations team. You will support continuous improvement initiatives across our packaging lines and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, data analysis, and process optimization. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance teams to identify inefficiencies, develop improvement plans, and contribute to projects that drive productivity and cost savings.
What you'll do#
- Trend operational data across multiple IT systems to identify inefficiencies and develop problem statements.
- Analyze packaging line performance and support root cause identification for operational losses.
- Monitor key manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Develop and execute improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build business cases for small-purchase capital projects by evaluating operational impact, costs, and expected savings.
- Assist with project documentation, presentations, and implementation planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Must remain enrolled in classes following the completion of the co-op.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Interest in manufacturing operations and process improvement.
- Preferred: Previous co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred: Prior mechanical, industrial, or hands-on technical experience.
- Preferred: Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Preferred: Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.

- Location: Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site, five days per week.
- Status: Paid, full-time position.
