About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program for Summer 2027 based at our Home Office. You will support the Talent Acquisition team as they manage hiring for our US Distribution and Shared Services business units. This role offers exposure to full-cycle recruitment and provides opportunities to work with teams integrating AI into business processes.
What you'll do#
- Source candidate pipelines and conduct initial phone screens for high-volume and specialized roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interview blocks for both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Maintain candidate tracking records and log interview feedback.
- Assist with job fair logistics and social media campaigns to support employer branding.
- Contribute to process improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Attend networking events, participate in a mentorship program, and shadow different departments to explore career paths.
- Engage in professional development workshops and community stewardship efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
