About the role#
This is a 12-week paid Data Engineering internship based at our Atlanta Tech Hub. You will join a team that uses AI as a core collaborator to build intelligent systems. The program provides hands-on experience through project work, mentorship, and opportunities to shadow professionals across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Architect, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and Change Data Capture processes.
- Automate repetitive tasks within the data platform.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Work with business stakeholders and IT teams in an agile environment to turn requirements into technical solutions.
- Onboard new enterprise data sources into the Google Cloud Platform data lake.
- Manage datasets for analytics.
- Participate in mentorship, networking events, and community stewardship efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer Information Systems or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
