About the role#
This is a full-time, 11-week internship program running from May 17th to July 30th, 2027. You will work from our Tampa headquarters, gaining practical experience and mentorship within the Human Resources department.
What you'll do#
- Support a designated functional area as an individual contributor or team member.
- Partner with business stakeholders on projects that provide direct business value.
- Examine and analyze various business processes and procedures.
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in a related discipline, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- A self-starter mindset with flexibility and a drive for results.
- A valid driver license and a driving record that meets our MVR policy guidelines.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Prior experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
