About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting core HR functions at Keurig Dr Pepper. Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, this summer internship provides exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent and Culture, and Compensation and Benefits. You will work within the Coffee Operating Unit to support daily operations and contribute to organizational objectives.
What you'll do#
- Support HR programs across multiple disciplines including Talent Acquisition and Compensation and Benefits.
- Assist with the employee lifecycle, covering recruiting, pre-boarding, and onboarding tasks.
- Coordinate communications between candidates, employees, managers, and vendors.
- Help with employee engagement, learning and development, and culture-building events.
- Prepare presentations, training materials, reports, and process documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data within HR systems.
- Provide administrative support while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Complete an individual project from start to finish and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate academic program.
- Major in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or Organizational Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Willingness to learn and handle confidential information professionally.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $28 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
