About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position within the North American Coffee Marketing team. You will work on brands including Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, The Original Donut Shop, and McCafé at Home. You will contribute to social-first content creation, trend spotting, and brand strategy. The program runs from January 4, 2027, through May 21, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Create social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Monitor social media, internet culture, and emerging platform behaviors to identify trends.
- Brainstorm ideas for cultural moments, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.
- Support content calendars, publishing, and daily planning.
- Capture content in the office and at events.
- Analyze social performance to understand what content resonates with audiences.
- Listen to online conversations to surface insights for the team.
- Complete a final project and present your work to team, department, and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate academic program at an accredited college or university.
- A major in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
- Creative instincts and an eye for content.
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort with capturing content on a phone and learning basic editing tools.
- A collaborative mindset for working in a corporate environment.
- Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions.
Location & details#
- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $28 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days.
- Eligibility: You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
