About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in how Marketing Technology products are identified, delivered, and improved. You will work across the broader marketing ecosystem, including measurement, customer data, campaign activation, and AI-enabled decision support. You will contribute to active initiatives while learning how teams turn business needs into functional product capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Support product discovery by gathering user feedback, documenting pain points, and summarizing opportunities.
- Translate business needs into process maps, requirements, user stories, and simple prototypes.
- Assist with product backlog organization, release planning, and status tracking.
- Participate in testing new features and document recommended improvements.
- Analyze product usage, campaign, or operational data using tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Create presentations, process guides, and training materials for business and technical audiences.
- Research trends in marketing technology, automation, and AI.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Architecture.
- Present findings and project outcomes to team stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, or Design.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn unfamiliar business and technical concepts.
- Ability to organize information, solve problems, and communicate clearly.
- Comfort working collaboratively, asking questions, and receiving feedback.
- Basic experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and follow through on commitments.
- A user-focused approach to improving processes and tools.
- Helpful, though not required: experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Jira, or Agile methods, and familiarity with marketing channels or generative AI.
