About the role#
This six-month co-op position is based in Burlington, Massachusetts, within the Coffee Operating Unit. You will join the marketing team to support the business and operational side of social commerce. The role focuses on affiliate activations and creator partnerships to drive performance. You will gain hands-on experience in partner media commerce while working alongside marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily operations for affiliate marketing, including publisher and creator performance tasks.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and communication processes for creators and affiliate partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and ensure channel profitability.
- Maintain internal databases and documentation regarding affiliate campaigns and creator engagement.
- Complete a project from start to finish and present your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with analytical capabilities considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively and write clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
- An independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- A strong interest in digital marketing, affiliate strategy, or creator commerce.
Location & details#
- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Term: July 12, 2027, through December 10, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $28 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days.
- Requirements: You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
