About the role#
The Warehouse Operations Management Intern program at Keurig Dr Pepper offers a hands-on look at supply chain and sales operations. You will spend the first three weeks of the program in warehouse training, followed by seven weeks of dedicated project work. You will be paired with a peer intern and supported by a manager and mentor throughout the summer. This role is part of the Beverage Operating Unit and provides exposure to warehouse operations, fleet management, transportation, and sales.
What you'll do#
- Execute a project focused on inventory analysis, layout and space utilization, order picking efficiency, technology integration, or process controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand various organizational departments.
- Participate in meet and greets, lunch and learns, and professional development training.
- Complete your assigned project and present your findings to your team, department leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Lead projects and people to gain practical experience in supply chain and sales operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in your junior year, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A major in Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership and Supervision, Business Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate for the program.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- Location: Tempe, Arizona.
- Schedule: June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within 30 days of employment.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
