About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will spend 11 weeks working from our Winter Haven office, gaining hands-on experience in field operations. The program runs from May 17th through July 30th and pairs you with experienced mentors to work on real business projects.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations in areas like sales, manufacturing, distribution, or customer operations.
- Work with field leaders and frontline employees to learn how our business runs.
- Analyze operational data to spot trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with projects focused on productivity, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to see how different parts of the business connect.
- Participate in field visits, facility operations, and customer meetings.
- Complete an internship project addressing a specific business challenge and present your findings to the executive leadership team.
- Take part in professional development, networking, and mentorship sessions.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our policy guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A self-starter mindset with a focus on results and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
- You must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
