About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the Human Resources department at Swire Coca-Cola. You will work on projects across various HR functions, including business partnering, talent management, learning and development, and total rewards. This is a full-time, paid position based in Draper, Utah, for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Lead and support projects within HR functional areas.
- Partner with HR leaders to analyze data, improve processes, and deliver solutions.
- Balance manager direction with your own self-driven work.
- Build relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
- Design and implement HR programs, resources, or training.
- Present your project findings and recommendations to HR and organizational leadership.
- Contribute to the culture within the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Ability to work full-time from May 2027 through August 2027.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- You must not require sponsorship to legally work in the U.S.
