About the role#
As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will focus on identifying and removing losses within our production systems. You will support daily activities on production lines and help build long-term capability into our processes and technical teams.
What you'll do#
- Find, prioritize, and analyze operational inefficiencies.
- Work with Line Structure Teams to execute improvement projects.
- Track line performance metrics, including run rates, scrap rates, and downtime.
- Spot opportunities to improve safety and quality standards.
- Develop a project charter and scope for one to three specific actions to reduce losses.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
- A graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Full-time availability from May 2027 through August 2027.
- You must be able to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
