About the role#
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Ridgefield. This position offers the chance to learn our daily routines and procedures while gaining hands-on experience across multiple office functions. You will shadow various roles and train in a variety of tasks to understand our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Handle phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
- Manage mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
- Support administrative needs by maintaining files, calendars, and organizing documents.
- Prepare research materials and create PowerPoint presentations.
- Take notes during meetings and draft reports.
- Run industry-related errands.
- Manage and input data into company databases.
- Research our position within the industry.
- Organize and maintain conference and training rooms.
- Attend company functions and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior.
- A business-related degree focus.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- An energetic approach to new projects and ideas.
Location & details#
- Location: Ridgefield, Connecticut.
- Schedule: Hybrid and on-site work with a requirement to be in-person on either Tuesday or Thursday.
- Status: This is a paid, part-time position.
