About the role#
The Global Talent Management Intern joins the Integrated Talent Experience team for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside global team members and HR partners to build talent management strategies, programs, and solutions that drive business value. This role involves designing resources for a global audience, facilitating sessions with leaders, and connecting with a network of fellow interns.
What you'll do#
- Partner with organizational stakeholders to support global talent management initiatives.
- Research talent management, performance, and learning and development strategies.
- Create strategies for talent assessments, succession, and performance enablement.
- Analyze data insights regarding leadership development and talent to devise interventions.
- Design and facilitate development sessions for employees.
- Develop and implement communications plans.
- Analyze and generate reports.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with at least two years of coursework completed.
- Status as a sophomore, junior, or non-graduating senior.
- Interest in talent management, talent development, or organizational development.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Majors in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
