About the role#
As a member of the Talent Connection Marketing team, you will help attract and engage talent for The Walt Disney Company. You will work alongside creative professionals to share the story of what a career at Disney looks like. This is a full-time internship based in Celebration, Florida, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Organize and activate employment brand initiatives under the direction of the Marketing Account Manager.
- Execute media plan components by coordinating with clients, design and communications partners, and vendors.
- Manage job postings, ad placements, and the development of event materials and collateral.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots by creating timelines, scheduling talent, and managing logistics.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of promotional giveaways.
- Execute conference strategies, including securing space and delivering booth materials.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and recruitment leaders to meet global staffing objectives.
- Prepare performance reporting, market intelligence, and consumer research.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with Junior or Senior status preferred.
- Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or public relations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the MAC platform.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and act as an influencer.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills with a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Enthusiasm and an eager approach to learning.
- At least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- Preferred skills include project management, experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and Acrobat, and knowledge of recruitment marketing practices.
