About the role#
The Marketing Intern works with the Office Director and the marketing team to support project goals and implementation strategies. You will help identify opportunities to add value to projects and ensure client outcomes are met. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Honolulu office.
What you'll do#
- Support the marketing team with ongoing projects and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized files and handle data entry for the department.
- Assist with branding guidelines and execution.
- Update social media channels based on current activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to respond to requests.
- Help set up client meetings for project follow-up and close-out.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Director.
- Assist in planning and hosting marketing and special events.
- Learn about our products and services to better support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate program for Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related degree.
- At least 2 years of experience gained through school or work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and In-Design, along with general marketing software.
- Strong knowledge of business social media platforms and best practices.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to learn on the job and share your experiences with the team.
