About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship offers hands-on experience within the Environmental Services group at Crothall Healthcare. You will work alongside leadership to develop skills in healthcare support services. This role focuses on hospital cleanliness, staff management, and patient experience efforts. It serves as a foundation for a career in business operations.
What you'll do#
- Execute operational standards and maintain a safe work environment.
- Respond to requests with urgency and take corrective action.
- Ensure facility security and monitor quality assurance.
- Train and orient staff members while providing guidance and motivation.
- Bring creative ideas to the program and handle special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college or university junior or senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills for interactions ranging from hourly staff to the Director level.
- Ability to organize tasks and set priorities in a changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Interest in a career with Crothall Healthcare and the Accelerated Manager Program after graduation.

- Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
